Dei Balzi is strategically located within the territory of Puglia. We are 40 minutes from the Palese airport in Bari and 50 from the Brindisi airport. Nearby is the wonderful destination of the Itria Valley embellished with the trulli of Alberobello, the baroque Martina Franca and the famous Castellana Grotte (the longest in Europe).

For bike lovers we recommend our itineraries: a nice ride through our land to discover the most fascinating spots. On mountain bikes or racing bikes we will accompany you along the streets of Conversano. For well-ÔÇÉtrained bike riders, you will love the route of the lakes (49km in open countryside), while for a leisurely ride, there is the 19,5km long path that takes you through the history of Conversano.

Sea lovers can discover the nearby Adriatic coast on the balconies of Polignano a Mare, the bays of Monopoli and the nature reserve of Torre Guaceto.

Traveling south, just over an hour away is Lecce, the capital of Baroque architecture, and other charming centers such as Otranto and Gallipoli.

Moving north we recommend the historical center of Bari with the beautiful Basilica of St. Nicholas, the mysterious Castel del Monte of Andria and the refined Trani with its amazing Basilica overlooking the sea.

Proceeding towards the high Murgia you will arrive in Matera, Basilicata, UNESCO heritage and European Capital of Culture for 2019.
